The Zip code and Date / Time of my visit were rejected, Why?
Please be sure that you are entering the date in MM DD YY (month, day, year) format (for example: 01/10/06) and that you are entering times in 'military time' or 24 hour format as printed on the receipt (example: 6:00pm would be entered as 18:00:00). Further, please be sure to enter the Zip code as shown on the receipt. The web survey will attempt to validate the Zip code you have entered against a listing of known Zip codes. If you are still having trouble, please try again after your next visit to a site using a new receipt.

Why can't I go back and change my responses?
Our programming does not allow users to change survey responses once submitted. This is a measure intended for quality control. We realize that mistakes do occur, but we must accept the answer you submitted. This applies as well if you partially complete a survey - if you abandon the survey and return back at a later time to complete it you must start the survey over from the beginning.
