2. HOW TO ENTER:
Visit ConocoPhillips Company's Customer Satisfaction website located at www.GASVISIT.com and complete the customer satisfaction survey between July 1, 2010 and 11:59 p.m. EST September 30, 2010. For purposes of this sweepstake, "receipt" of an Internet entry occurs when Sponsor or Sponsor's Administrator's servers record the entry information resulting from the entrant clicking the "Submit Entry" button. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified. Limit one entry per person. Any attempt by any person to obtain multiple entries by using multiple/different email accounts or any other methods will void all of that entrant's entries and such entrant will be disqualified. If there is a dispute of the Internet entrant's identity, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will determine the email account associated with the Internet entry.

3. ALTERNATE ENTRY:
For entry into the sweepstakes without completing the online survey, mail a 3" x 5" card containing your complete name, address, phone number and age in an envelope no larger than 4 1/8" x 9 1/2" to:  Greet America ConocoPhillips Customer Satisfaction Entry, P.O. Box 1107, Lancaster, TX 75146-1107 Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2010 and received by October 7, 2010. Limit one entry per person. Limit one entry per envelope.  No photocopied or otherwise reproduced copies will be accepted.

4. RANDOM DRAWING:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 9, 2010 from among all eligible entries received by Greet America, Inc. Winners will be notified, at Sponsor's option, by mail, overnight courier, email or by telephone. Winners may (will be) be required to complete, execute, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of notification. Failure to return documents timely, or if prize notification is returned non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with the Official Rules, such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

5. ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents (including the U.S.Virgin Islands ) 18 years of age and older as of July 1, 2010 who are licensed drivers. Employees of ConocoPhillips Company, Market Force Information, Inc., and Greet America, Inc., and their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, franchise(s), advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, children, sibling and their spouses) or persons living in the same household of each of the above, are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor, Sponsor's Administrators and their employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, franchise(s), independent contractors, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, successors and assigns ("Sweepstakes Parties") are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Parties assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the website, or alteration of entries. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction or any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Parties which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes at its sole option, with or without notice. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for technical delay issues that may cause an expired sweepstakes to be printed on any advertising notification of the sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning the prize and (ii) disclaim any express or implied warranties relating to this sweepstakes.

7. RELEASE:
By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Parties from any and all liabilities, losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, enjoyment, use and/or misuse of the prize or participation in this sweepstakes.

8. MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries and alternate entries received for this sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding with respect to all issues relating to this sweepstakes. By participating, Sponsor may request your name, address, phone number and email address to administer your participation in this sweepstakes. At the time you enter this sweepstakes, Sponsor may ask your permission to send you future marketing information from ConocoPhillips Company. If you wish to later opt-out of these emails, you can do so by checking the unsubscribe button on the email. Prizes are non-transferable or assignable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By accepting the prize, and where permitted by law, the winner consents to Sponsor's use and publish of their name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without compensation, unless prohibited by law. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner will be required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her prize. Federal, state, and local taxes are the winner's responsibility. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, damaged or postage-due mail or entries due to printing, typographical or other errors in sweepstakes materials. All entries become the property of the Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged or returned. This sweepstakes officially ends at Midnight EST on September 30, 2010.
